The living area features a built-in bar that spans the width of the room, complete with new cabinetry, a sink, and an additional refrigerator ideal for hosting or relaxing after a day at the beach. Because this condo has never been used as a rental, it is exceptionally well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable family stay.
