If you are looking for a Nice, Clean condo directly on the Beach, then Turtle Point Condo at The Windemere in Perdido Key is the place for you! This 4th Floor unit is a relaxing place to stay. With 10 foot ceilings and porcelain tile throughout, you'll notice that clean, bright and airy feeling. The 2 Bed / 2 Bath layout sleeps up to 6 people. Enjoy Direct Gulf Views from a Spacious Balcony, which is Easily Accessed from the Living Room or Master Bedroom. 2 FREE Covered Parking spots Directly across from the Elevator give you Easy Access to come and go as you please. Smart TV’s, FREE Wifi, and a Pool and Hot Tub are just a few of the amenities.
Completely Furnished with a Fully Stocked Kitchen with all your common cookware and dishware to prepare your favorite family dish. Coffee/Tea Lovers, we have both a Keurig and a pot Brewer for your sipping pleasure. The Master Bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed and En sSite Bathroom with a Garden Tub and separate Walk-in Shower. The Double Sink Vanity provides ample space to get ready for the evening visit to your favorite local restaurant.
The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and en suite bath. Also provided is a Queen Sofa Sleeper with memory foam mattress. Lastly, a twin roll-away bed and a single day bed/day sofa are available for extra sleeping needs! Check-In is a breeze with Smart Locks, which provide Quick and Easy, contactless access to the property! Turtle Point comes with an initial supply of necessities (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags). If you need more than the initial supply, we suggest you bring along those items or purchase them after arriving. Other items to consider include Beach towels/Toys for kids, tea or coffee/K-cups, food and drinks, cooler to take down to the beach. Also don't forget Toiletries, Soap, Sunscreen, and Passwords for your favorite Streaming service(s).

Great Girls Getaway

The property was beautiful and well stocked. Our beds were awesome, and everything was very clean. We did have an issue with a broken patio chair but reported it and got a quick response. Would stay there again!

The condo was beautiful and accurately described. We had everything we needed. Great balcony with comfy chairs. Owner was immediately responsive when we had one issue - immediately resolved. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as listed and more. We felt very at home. The furnishings were comfortable and clean. The balcony overlooking the gulf was perfect. It was so easy to get to the beach and pool. Special thanks to our hosts for answering our questions.

Excellent location and great pool

This was a family vacation with a total of three rental condos in the building. All condos were in excellent condition and we are looking forward to visiting again next year.

This condo was the best we’ve stayed in BY FAR on all of our beach visits. It’s nicely decorated, it was very clean, the towels were super soft, the view was impeccable and the pizza joint across the road has delicious food. The owners were very friendly and quick to act when we had a slight problem with the door lock. We are definitely coming back to this little slice of heaven!

Great stay!

The condo was very clean. Kitchen fully stocked. The bed was very comfortable and loved having a laundry room instead of a laundry closet you get with most rentals. Very spacious balcony. The beach was not crowded at all.

Amazing Vacation

Our June vacation was simply amazing at Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL! Corey & Shannon were phenomenal to work with prior to booking, before we got there, as well as during our stay. Great condo on the beach

The hosts were very accommodating and were quick to respond. Two parking spots under building, condo is right on the beach with great views. The pool and hot tub were nice. Everything we needed was provided. If you get with Ike's they'll set up umbrellas and chairs and take day each day for you. Would stay again.

Great location. Low key atmosphere. Straight shot to the beach from room. Elevators were right across from the parking spots. Parking was great because it was underneath the building itself. Room was spacious with plenty of seating. Balcony had enough seating for 6 people.

Clean rooms, beautiful view. On the beach. We loved this.They were working on the pool and the property so from 9-4:30 it was very loud. The pool was directly below our room and balcony.

Great condo not service animal friendly.

The whole process was great and the condo was great as far as location. However even though VRBO states they allow service animals the property owner did not feel the same way which put a damper in our time there.

This property & location are 5 stars! Corey & Shannon have clearly thought everything out re: what their guests might need, and there was nothing that was lacking. Super easy check-in & out. Complete kitchen with everything you might need, the most comfy beds & linens, and cozy living space w/great tv when you’re not on the beach or enjoying THE VIEWS from the balcony! Turtle Point - Perdido Key

We loved our stay at the Turtle Point condo. It was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed. The large balcony was very nice, and we loved the large pool. It is located in between a private beach strip that belongs to a rental house and what seemed like an isolated area of public beach, so it was not crowded at all. Parking was not an issue, and the owner checked on us before and during our stay. We definitely hope to come back!

Nice, clean condo with reasonably comfortable beds and space. Owners were great to work with as ours was a last minute reservation. Easy check in with code and parking for 2 cars.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The views from the balcony of the ocean are amazing. The beach is very close to the property. The unit was very clean and met all our needs. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It was also a convenient drive from and to the Pensacola airport. The Florida/Alabama line was just 6 miles and the restaurant bars there were super fun. My husband and I and another couple stayed here and would definitely recommend it to others.
