Everything was excellent. Only thing I would recommend upgrading is the patio furniture. Would be nice to have a couple of lounge chairs and a small table to put between them.

2025 vaca at the Key!

Great condo that could use a refresh/update but we still had a great get away! It was clean and met our needs but does feel a little outdated compared to some of the other condos in this complex.

So many codes to keep up with, I prefer keypad to enter room and not keep up with a key. Also Checkin online or on site.. The master bed was not comfortable at all, too soft. The resort was nice.

Beach Colony Tower

Nice condo with a great floor layout and a larger than typical balcony. Good parking and easy access to Perdido as you are right across the main bridge past the roundabout.

FUN WEEK AT PERDIDO

It was very nice, but needs some updating and TLC. I rented this for me and my family and we had a great week. My 8 year old granddaughter loved it! Mostly we loved it, but the tile floors(even though they looked clean, our feet were filthy. The commode in guest bath was terrible, garbage disposal was busted and never did work, chaise lounge in balcony extremely uncomfortable, and decor could use some TLC. Overall, however, I'd stay there again. The elevator didn't always work
