Welcome to The Hubbert Room. This private suite is located on the West side of a well maintained 1900 historic East Hill home. Your private patio and entrance will lead you into the spacious suite with its tall ceilings, queen bed, work desk, 55" Smart TV, and private en suite bathroom with a tiled stand up shower. Step outside and relax on either the beautiful wrap around front porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails or enjoy your private patio just outside your door. Enjoy all of the conveniences of this East Hill neighborhood - where you will be walking distance to parks, coffee shops, restaurants, The neighborhood Publix and breweries. Just a short 5 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach!
