  • Flip Flop Retreat is on Santa Rosa Island, FL. Comfortably sleeps 16 guest. A great spot to soak up some sun. The balcony will make your beach vacation comfortable watching the sun come up and the sun go down. Enjoy nearby water activities such as boating, surfing, jet skiing, and fishing. 5 bedrooms with 4 having ensuites. One of Florida's best beaches steps away. The interior features 2 king primary with ensuites, 2 queen bedrooms 1 with ensuite, and a bunk room with ensuite equipped with 2 bunk beds, 2 twin beds, a sofa, and a Large TV perfect for children to have their own space. The living dining room has a large Amish solid wood banquet table, 3 leather couches and a large TV. Large private in-ground swimming pool that can be heated. A large SPA with outside shower to wash off. Outdoor gas and charcoal grill. Cook out and dine on the large covered balcony. Other amenities of home: fully equipped kitchen, WIFI, full size washer and dryer. Enjoy a walk in the sand for a day of fun at the Beach. Cool off in your own private in-ground swimming pool or relax in the Spa. Plenty of covered parking for your cars.
    This home is pet friendly, 2 pet limit. The fee is $175.00 for one pet or $350.00 for 2 pets. The fee is non-refundable. To heat the pool is $175.00. Rates are subject to change.

    This home requires a Saturday to Saturday 7 night's stay during Season. Any evidence of Smoking found on the premises will result in an additional fees.
