Renovated Gulf View - The Beach is Calling YOU!

Welcome to Kiss the Wave!
Enjoy your time at the beach in this recently renovated top floor condo (4th Floor). The main living area is open concept - living room, dining area, and kitchen - you won't miss a thing and can enjoy the gulf view at the same time! The kitchen is graciously equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. There should be plenty of room for everyone to share meals and play games around the dining table for 6. Each of the 2 Bedrooms has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bathrooms (1 has hall access also). There are bunk beds in the hall to provide sleeping for another 2 people. This is a no-smoking unit (inside and balcony) and no pets allowed.

This beautifully furnished condominium is located on the 4th and top floor in the Grand Carribean community. Grand Carribean is a private gated and fenced community just steps away from the Gulf coast and 1/4 mile to the Gulf Island National Seashore Park. This unit boasts gorgeous gulf and lagoon views from the wrap around deck and main living spaces. The Grand Caribbean community includes swimming pools, that are heated seasonally, hot tubs, and picnic areas with grills. In addition, there is a gazebo overlooking the small lagoon to enjoy a little quiet time with nature.

Take a walk to the beach just across an access road from the property and enjoy the white-sand beaches and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico only 200 yards away. Just down the road is the entrance to Johnson Beach where you can enjoy both bay side and gulf side scenery. The park provides clean restrooms, picnic pavilions, discovery trail and kayak launch. There is an access fee associated with entering the park. A season pass is also good at any National Seashore including Fort Pickens and Opal Beach.

Perdido Key Island offers dining, shopping, golf, fishing, diving and dolphin boat cruises. Visit the Pensacola Naval Air Station and catch a Blue Angels practice air-show or spend the day exploring the Naval Museum, both are free to the public. The city of Pensacola is located approximately 20 miles from Perdido Key. Explore Palafox Street - the gateway to Pensacola for boutiques, retails shops, casual and fine dining, art, live music. In the surrounding areas are: The Flora-Bama, The Warf, OWA Amusement park, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and the Tanger Outlets in Foley. No matter if you are just looking to relax with your toes in the sand or looking for a day of fun-filled activities, there is certainly something for everyone to enjoy!

Renovations on this condo were gorgeous! Great set up with 2 king sized beds. Also chairs to use on the beach were great! Without a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a rental!

Family vacation

My family loved our stay at Kiss the Wave in Perdido Key! The condo was beautiful and was exactly as listed! This is our second year staying at the Grand Caribbean East condos and Kiss the Wave is now a family favorite! We loved the gulf views from the top corner unit and the short walk to the beach. Karen was quick to respond with any issues we had. We are already planning our stay here next year!!

Our Stay at Kiss the Wave

The property was exactly as shown online. Beds were VERY comfortable, water pressure was to die for and everything was very clean. The only suggestions I would make are to let people know there is one bath towel per guest and only one extra roll of toilet paper so that they may be better prepared to bring extras with them.....:)

Very beautiful condo walking distance to the beach.

We have stayed at the grand Caribbean several times. The pool has always been heated so we were disappointed that the board made the decision not to heat it. The hot tub was broken at our building so we had to walk over to the other building to enjoy that. February is the best time for us to vacation, so we will probably be looking for a different property with a heated pool for our next trip. My kids are all about the pool! Can’t complain about the 2 bedroom condo at all tho.

We came for a long-weekend getaway and were not disappointed! This unit was the perfect size for 4 adults and included all the conveniences we needed. The proximity to the beach was great as it was just a very short walk. The beach was not too crowded and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Hands down, one of the best condos I have ever rented! I will continue to come to this exact condo! Very clean, very well appointed, great location, wonderful, laid-back beach town!
