BR #3 = Queen Size Bed (iComfort mattress).
BR #4 = Queen Size Bed.
BR #5 = Bunk Beds (Twin Bed on Top & Full Size Bed on Bottom).

In addition, we have a new Queen Size sofa sleeper in the family room.
Entertainment Package includes 5 TVs: 65" TV in Main Area; 55" TV's in each Master Bedroom; 50" TV's in two bedrooms & Xtreme Internet.
Stainless Steel gas grill outside. The house (13) beach chairs for your convenience. Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and large round table. The Dining Room has a large farm-style table to accommodate large meals. Laundry room with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. Driveway can easily accommodate 12 vehicles.

This home is the PERFECT location for BEACH WEDDINGS and other large parties and events! An incremental and non-refundable wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall apply - please CONTACT OWNER for details. Wedding venue fee/party-event fee shall be due 60 days prior to arrival. The area underneath the house is ideal for tables and chairs... the area can comfortably accommodate parties up to a maximum of 100 people.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you elect to cancel your booking, 100% refund will be given 60 days before check-in and 50% refund 30-60 days before check-in. Otherwise, no refund.
