Family friendly Beach Home - Walk to Downtown

Seaside Farmhouse is your home away from home! It is walkable to the newly renovated Bruce Beach that features a kid's park, Blue Wahoos Stadium, Palafox Street’s boutiques and trendy restaurants. Pensacola Beach is a 15 min scenic drive away. Young Families - We provide a high chair, a full size crib, sand toys and books to keep your children entertained. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
The living room features a large flat-screen TV with all the apps to log into. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your meals.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms all feature comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom (upstairs) has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, as well as a private balcony. The bedroom across the hall has a queen-over-queen bunk bed (max on top bunk 300lb) and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom (downstairs), has a queen bed and a bathroom just next door.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The washer & dryer is located upstairs and is fully accessible to guests. We provide a starter pack of laundry pods there, an iron/ironing board, and beach towels. The beach towels must be washed by guests before check out.

BACKYARD
The backyard features a fire pit, a little shed with beach items for guest use, and an outdoor shower. Only real firewood please (no pallets or trash).

PARKING
Two parking spots are in the back of the house and you will enter through the gate, into the backyard. All other vehicles must park on the street.

NOTE:
Our property is in Florida, which is a tropical environment. You may see wildlife including squirrel, possum, birds, heron. You may also see insects, bugs, bats, snakes, ants, bees, wasps, spiders, raccoon, and other creatures that call Florida their home. We do have an pest control company treat our property regularly. However, if you encounter an insect or ant that finds it's way inside, please feel free to dispose of it or catch and release it to the outside world (your choice). Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to normal creature sightings.

Perfect!

We were in town for a winging and my son's wedding, and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space and it was easy access to everywhere we needed to be. The decor was classy and the rooms were spotless. Victoria is a great host - very responsive. Would definitely come back!

Very nice place; close to downtown

This place is excellent! Very roomy. We came down on a guys trip. Everyone had their own room. We were super close to downtown where all the bars, restaurants and cigar lounge. Joe Patties Seafood, the Fish House and Nicks boathouse are literally right next to the house. The house was extremely clean, neat and very roomy. I highly recommend staying here

Cheer Competition

Victoria was the best host. Checked on us a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything. The place was fantastic, super clean with everything you need, plenty of towels and a washer and dryer if needed. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and with plenty of room the best was having 3 bathrooms! Close to the convention center, downtown and not too far from the beach! We will definitely be staying there the next time we are in town. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Absolutely no guest

Overall very nice house. Owner will watch you via cameras and message you. On a very busy street. The smell from refinery was very strong at times. Couch was broken and a broken chair from a previous renter. Was reminded that we could not have guests beyond the people we had staying with us. We were there for our daughters wedding and not being allowed to have her visit was a bit extreme to me.

Blue Angels Weekend Stay

Our family of 8 stayed for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The house was just the perfect size for us with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We were even able to watch an unexpected fireworks show from the balcony. We had a problem with the door lock on one of the days but Victoria responded immediately and fixed it within seconds by phone. For most it wouldn’t be an issue - but we ended up coming in 3 vehicles and the parking area is small and only has room for 2. It was actually several of the very kind neighbors we met while outside who helped us navigate through this. Everyone in our family commented on what an enjoyable stay we had. We went by ferry to the Blue Angels show and the location of the house was only a few minutes from the ferry landing. It was perfect. Victoria was a very attentive host.
