Great Pensacola hide away

The property was great. Its located in a transitional neighborhood that seemed safe. Beautifully decorated. Only problem was with microwave. The electricity of the house couldn't support the wattage of the microwave and it constantly tripped the breaker. Overall the stay was great!!

Beware of Scam

I messaged the host prior to arriving at the property for check-in instructions, and got I no response. I arrived to the property, and I messaged the host for check-in instructions and I got no response. I called the host and I left a voicemail. I waited for 60 minutes, still no response. I called VRBO customer service who also attempted to contact the host, and they did not get a response either. Because I had driven several hours, was not familiar with the area, and was not getting a response, I requested a refund from VRBO and checked into a hotel. VRBO said the refund would be processed within 24 hours. The host finally responded 2 hours later after I had already found alternative accommodations. I am writing this review because VRBO has not processed my cancellation and refund, and I already paid for alternative accommodations. None of this is my fault. If I was allowed to check in at the agreed upon time frame that I prepaid for, there would be no issue. I will consider removing this review once or if I get my money back. I've otherwise been scammed!
