FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! THIS UNIT HAS A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY REQUIREMENT DURING PEAK SEASON! With the master bedroom and living room on the beach side, and an extra wall of windows- YOU CAN'T GO WRONG! This 2 bedroom beach front CORNER UNIT has entry to the master bath and the private balcony from the master bedroom. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have a king size beds! Everyone loves the amazing kitchens at the SUMMERLIN featuring a beautiful island. Lots of counter space and cabinets, all major appliances, and utensils make preparing the perfect meal easy! Full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room inside the condo. Beach front seasonally heated pool. Great and comfortable furnishings all the way through the condo and most of all - VIEWS YOU WILL NEVER FORGET!

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. - This unit sleeps 6.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.

Reviewer Comments: Its a wonderful complex beautiful condo but there was a couple of things we did not turn in till we left they were minor but a little annoying plus in master did not work so i had to dry my hair in living room and toilet in master did not flush good the condo was so clean upon arrival and we were very pleased with it. WE have stayed at the summerlin at least five times if not more and are always pleased

We do not cook while we are there, but there seems to be plenty of cookware available. Great Stay!

The condo is exactly as described. It is very clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed. It's right on the beach with beautiful views. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay at this condo again.
