This is my second time staying at The Hideaway! My mom loved it she was with me on first initial stay. This place is sentimental to me. Because of that. Gulf Coast Jazz Festival 2024 was a hit. Awesome Weather! Prime location to venue. Foske Coffee Shop is a great place! Love their brewed coffee! Seville District of Pensacola is quaint and to me a gem. Love it!

Great accommodations in a terrific location.

Tropical Hideaway was a terrific place to stay while we were in Pensacola visiting our son. The place was well appointed with everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed its proximity to downtown shops, bars and restaurants and the Blue Wahoos baseball stadium. The Ernest Hemingway decor theme was a nice touch. We will be back!

Excellent Weekend Stay

My wife and I stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the eclectic feel of this carriage house. The owners were very accommodating as we arrived a bit earlier than expected. The gated off street parking was a great feature and it is perfectly located to all the good restaurants and shopping on and around Palafox. We highly recommend considering this place for one or two couples.

This property manager is so good to her renters! We were there during the Gulf Coast Art Festival and she guided us through the arrival each step of the way. The property itself is one of the most interesting and comfortable I've rented. BEST property choice in downtown P'Cola!

We were in attendance for Gulf Coast Jazz Festival

Great location close to venue. Close to the water. Didn't make it to the beach.. Walked around the Seville District, great statues and monuments. Great coffee shop Foske, the coffee was excellent and is walking distance. Jazz festival was splendid, African inspired clothing, jewelry, traveling agencies, festival attire,a great networking opportunity and food. Highly recommended, was a pleasant and quaint little town.

Perfect hideaway

Property is a nice place to getaway and relax away from the hustle and bustle. Hosts are nearby and very responsive. This home has a nice mix of historical character and modern technology. Walking distance to restuarants and bars, but securely tucked away from street noise. We really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Wonderful stay at the Tropical Hideaway

I reserved the Tropical Hideaway for my family, who were coming to Pensacola for a family event. The property was perfect for their stay! The location can't be beat, and my family enjoyed the walkability to Downtown Pensacola and nearby Seville Square. The place is decorated and furnished impeccably, with thoughtful touches and comfortable furniture throughout. Stephanie was a truly outstanding host, going above and beyond to make sure my sister was set up to comfortably work remotely during her stay. The Tropical Hideaway will be at the top of our list next time we are looking for accommodations in Downtown Pensacola!

If you are looking for a place that is within walking distance to restaurants and history, this is the place. The property manager could not have been nicer, the off street parking a plus and the home was super clean and really nicely furnished.

Stephanie and David were outstanding host, They showed us everything upon arrival. They have really beautiful place was very comfortable and had everything you could need and so close to downtown. They helped us out as our daughter had to evacuate her home for tropical storm Christobal she stayed with us for the whole visit. They have a very unique special place I highly recommend their tropical hideaway, My family loved our stay.

Dave met us when we arrived and showed us around this very spacious, clean, and nicely appointed two bedroom apartment. The location is central to downtown Pensacola so we walked to the restaurants, shops and church. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here when we are in Pensacola.

Fabulous stay in hidden gem - Tropical Hideaway in Seville Historic District

Exceeded all our expectations! Every detail of this beautifully refurbished apartment was perfect; from the Hemingway inspired decor to the amenities offered, right down to the umbrellas. The location is very private, in the historic garden district, and easy walking distance to tons of restaurants and entertainment venues. Private, secure parking was a super bonus, as were the charming owners. Fantastic stay!
