Pros Clean Newer hotel Good location close to interstate but far enough away that there’s no road noise Close to a new gas station dominos pizza Starbucks Walmart market etc Big fridge good micro and a two burner cooktop in the room A/c worked great Cons Squeaky bed with cheap mattress Light in bathroom turns off automatically leaving you in the dark in the shower No ice machine No iron No coffee in your room No breakfast Stayed in much worse and much better it’s clean and priced decent seemed like mostly a lot of construction workers staying there

This is a nice , quiet clean place to stay short term. It’s too bad the smokers leave cigarette butts all over the property. The rooms are clean and well maintained.

We love this place and everything about it including their little furry bodygaurd Blue. The breakfast buffet has everything including made to order omelets and they have the best consessions i've ever seen at a hotel, as well as a little bar. Also the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in!

The property was extremely cleaned ans surrounded by places to eat. A Wal-Mart is located in a 5 minute walking distance and so is Dominos pizza. Our refrigerator would barely get cold throughout the stay and there was no iron. The guests above us allowed their children to stump all day and night. Front desk did address the issue twice but it still did not stop.

So pleased!!

I cannot express enough just how pleased and surprised I was with everything about Woodspring Suites Pensacola West!!! The staff is beyond accommodating and extremely helpful and very friendly. I am on oxygen and had some issues (not with the hotel), but everyone there was helpful. The rooms are large with plenty of space to move around so you don't feel cramped up. Bed is comfortable and the pillows are unbelievably great!! I think what I actually liked the best is how secure I felt. To access the elevator and rooms, you have to use your door key card to open the door by the check in counter!!! I was so impressed with this!!! I've never stayed at a hotel that had this feature. I guess if I had a suggestion for them, put in some ice machines. Two ice trays in the freezer isn't enough. Just a big shout out to everyone there and especially to Chris for helping me get my big oxygen concentrator down and into my vehicle!!! Autumn... YOU'RE AMAZING!!!!!

Very chill

It was very clean and simple. Wasn't bothered and they helped when asked for help. I did laundry a couple times, it looked like the only way to get detergent was with quarters. Not a problem for me but not everyone carries quarters around with them. However I don't doubt that you could ask the staff to help with that.

Staff was excellent. Property was clean. I like the flooring, but lack of carpeting means noise travels more. I'm undecided on the lack of amenities that other hotels offer. Great location in North West Pensacola. I'm already planning another stay shortly.

The service was amazing. However, the hotel had a HORRIBLE smell especially on the second floor and elevator. It got so bad that i felt like the smell seeped into my room and I had to ask to be move to a different floor. I also had a spider in my room which I killed and that's no big deal. The walls were a bit too thin that I could hear the room next door's conversation. Location wise it was veey central to everything. People at the front desk was accomodating! Would stay again if it wasn't for the smell!
