"Absolutely shocked by the staff and the hotel cleanliness. 167yrs of heritage i expected nothing but excellence. Broken bathroom, taps you can barely get finger underneath. And beds and mattresses...the worse ive seen! Worse than student rooms."

"Hy hotel cancelled my booking day before check in date. Just a message with no explanation. They did eventually return my phone call the next morning. No chance of finding anywhere else at such short notice. Tickets to ladies golf were wasted. Very disappointed."
