"Rooms smell like smoke even if a non-smoking floor/room. It was, however, a beautiful and clean looking hotel. The hotel charges to use the amenities they offer to potential customers. Be aware. Staff is young and will often laugh and whisper about you, in front of you. It’s very inappropriate, as they assume you do not speak any mandarin. The location was not ideal for us. I would not stay here unless on business in the future."

"Great hotel. Comfortable room. Incredible water pressure! Great service from the team at Langham. The hotel is located near a theme park. We were there during off peak season (end of November), enjoyed the quiet. Beautiful talian themed city 2km away (we walked to it). A great shopping centre 10 mnt drive away from the hotel. Over all a great stay. Thank you the Langham team for a memorable 3 nights stay. Doris and the front desk team, top notch service. Hope to see you again soon 😊"
