"Travelled as a family with infant. Food was good - variety and quality. Only had breakfast and 1 buffet dinner. Room size and amenities was as per booking. But there were issues. 1st issue was with the 1st room. Smelt like someone smoked in the room. Windows were opened and air purifier provided. No change. When i went to FO to ask about a room change, the FO staff told me cant confirm it with an attitude that the smoke smell in the room was my problem. I requested for the FO MOD to call me and gave her my feedback. She did better and even confirmed a room change for me later in the evening. 2nd issue was with thr 2nd room. The air-conditioning was central. In the afternoon and evening, the entire room became like an oven. Windows were opened to no avail. When i called down i was told there was nothing they could do and could only offer 2 portable cold air blowers which i took though it offered little reprieve. Hospitality is a full package, but the basics of getting a room right - which is what every guests pays for - should never be compromised. "

"Xiao gu was fabulous. Needed a big car for my group and xiao gu was able to get it sorted for me ASAP. Room was clean too, good amenities everything was nice"

"Incredible service. My girlfriend texted them an hour before we arrived that it was my birthday, and they prepared decorations and a cake on short notice. They also prepared medicine when my girlfriend was feeling sick. And the shuttle service to Wulingyuan was invaluable. Also, we only stayed for one night but the room and scenery were as good as they look in the pictures."

"Host was fantastic and incredibly helpful. Supported with all our national park tickets and transfers and was just great! Food was available which was overall OK. Room nice. Location excellent for national park entrance. Nice touches. Very kind."

"The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend. "

"Great location and beautiful room, friendly staff that speak English, the breakfast is delicious. I will note that the name Lee's doesn't come up on the chinese maps, so it may be hard to first locate. Search the name Muzitang instead "
