This is the hardest hotel for me to rate in this trip. The woman who runs it was lovely, and I was offered a free upgrade. The room was huge and spotlessly clean, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. However, I had some issues with the practical side of my stay. Given that visiting the mountain in the park is the main reason people come to this town, more flexibility with check-out would be helpful. The man at reception refused to let me use a bathroom after I had checked out. Also, a family member was smoking inside the reception area, as this is a family-run hotel. Despite the positives, I’m not sure this is the best place to stay if you’re visiting solely for the mountain, which I imagine is the case for most tourists.

Hotel was fine with interesting small space for chilling in my room on bean bag. Maybe a little bit hidden hotel but I found it quite quickly. Hotel is in quiet part of town only few cars are driving on these streets. Around 2 km walk from the Zhangjiajie national park. From the hotel to the national park there are some restaurants and grocery stores which is nice too to have near the hotel.

Muy contento con mi estadía en este hotel el personal es muy amable y servicial. Está muy bien situado cerca de la entrada este del parque forestal. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Hicimos todas nuestras reservas de los parques con el hotel. Fei y Erliang nos ayudaron con todo. 👏👏

シャワーの温度が熱すぎるか水かどちらかになってしまう。また水圧が弱い。ボディソープが少ししか入っていなかったので足りなかった。 2日間利用したが1日目には無料のミネラルウォーターが用意されていなかった。 ホテルはとても綺麗で、部屋も広く、このまま自宅として暮らしたいと思った。
