No staff both in afternoon and in the evening, doors in front of hotel unlocked, and restaurant not opened and no one there even when hours posted otherwise. Room cards were on the counter with names and card numbers but no staff again. No lights in rooms or activity and overall a odd location. AC was not responding, land lines were down, and contact telephone number were no longer in service/reachable. Feeling uneasy with situation, we decided to...

Ademas que el estado de las instalaciones es deplorable, los cuartos estan llenos de pulgas y garrapatas en las camas. El estado de limpieza del lugar es un desastre.
