"Room would be better with shampoo and conditioner in shower, tv was a bit small but worked. I get it, it was affordable, but if someone wants to stay there even for a night the shampoo and conditioner would do someone good! "

"The front desk person need training in hospitality. He seem not happy to be there. "

"Unfortunately the HDMI Cord was missing from thd TV, when we checked in. We went to the front desk, he said he would take care of it. We left for the concert we were attending, when we returned it still wasn't fixed, we spoke with the front desk again, he said go head up to your room and I will take care of it. He never made it up that night. The next morning we asked at the front desk again. We were then informed that only the manager could get a new cord, and he was out of town and there was nothing that they could do for us. Since we were going to be there for two more days. We went and bought our own HDMI cable so that we could watch the TV. Otherwise this review would have been excellent. It was frustrating that they didn't offer any solutions."

"The tower rooms are disgusting. Elevator still broke. And front desk girl checking us in was very rude."
