Beachside family fun
Thank you for our stay at Seaglass and Sol Coastal Retreat. We loved the relaxed and family-friendly property, which is well-equipped with little luxuries for the entire family, including our pooch. We had a fabulous stay, enjoying the property and also the beach. Fabulous location and is very comfortable. We would love to come and stay again sometime soon.

Views by the sea
Our stay at this property was lovely. It's definitely ready to house a family or group. It was well-equipped with beautiful views of the surfers waiting to catch a wave from the deck. The neighbourhood is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Beach access is within walking distance, however, it's not a particularly family friendly beach as it's covered in seaweed. There are plenty of other nice beaches close by. There is plenty of outdoor furniture to laze on whilst soaking up the sun in the backyard. The master bedroom was comfortable and roomy with partial views of the sea. The rolling waves at night were very calming to sleep by. Supermarkets were at Bunbury or Busselton to stock up on supplies as there is only a general store in the caravan park. I would definitely recommend this stay.

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Seaglass & Sol. The beach is usually a white sand pristine beach but once a year after the Wintery storm season it does get a large amount of seaweed washed up on the beach. I believe this year has been exceptional! Nature will take its course and it will be washed away and returned to a lovely beach in time for the Summer season. There is also a supermarket just 9 minutes away in Capel.

Tranquil escape
We had a very peaceful and restful stay at Seaglass & Sol, and it was so lovely to be able to bring our little dog with us. The views were just stunning and we loved the quiet neighbourhood and proximity to the never-ending dog friendly beach. Just what we needed to escape from the city for a few days.

A home away from home.
Fabulous location, wonderful views and everything you need and more in this fully equipped house. This is the perfect spot whether for a spot of fishing, coast walking, or just taking in the magnificent view of the beach and ocean. Highly recommended for a quiet or family getaway.

First timers at PGB
Smaller bedroom looked like there was a mould issue on one of the corner cornice, could still see dog hair around lounge area. Non-stick frypan needs desperately to be replaced i have notified owner about this. On the whole house was in great location and we enjoyed our time at PGB.

Thank you for your review. We will certainly look at the small mould issue and rectify this after such a wet and wild winter. I have reported the dog hair you found to our cleaning contractor. In regards to the frypan, there is more than one to choose from. Unfortunatley not everyone looks after the non stick surfaces. We are a sustainable house and don't believe in throwing something out just because of cosmetics.

Very relaxing location.
The whole family loved the location, we could take daily walks on the beach and quite often be all alone. To peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the upper deck and watch the water. Kids loved it. Dog loved it and we loved it. Thank you for having us.

This place is amazing with the views to die for
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and been working in five star hotels since and hence yes This place ticks all the boxes you can expect from a luxury home stay. The views are amazing and reminded me of when I used to work at the Rendezvous hotel in Scarborough and get the to see the same view from an executive suite room. The house has everything you needed and even more than I expected. The beach was at your door step with a beautiful 4wd track excess. In simple words just loved the property and I was a ⭐️ in my wife’s books as I was the one who found the property to stay.

Love Seaglass & Sol
We stay in pgb every chance we can because it is so peaceful and beautiful. We have stayed at many of the houses as a family group and Seaglass and Sol is our favourite. The house feels like a home. Sea glass & Sol is absolutely perfect if you’re looking to totally relax, de stress and enjoy a holiday with family or friends. The home has a welcoming feel with everything you’ll ever need. After a difficult year, my husband , adult son and dog needed to power down and reflect on the dramas of 2020. What a perfect choice in Seaglass & Sol. The house is divine, with everything you can think of, magical views of the ocean and unspoilt quiet beach to play and wander. Tania was equally helpful and quickly responsive when the Wi-Fi went down and soon we were up and running again. Highly recommend this special property.

We previously came in the summer and had a wonderful stay at Seaglass & Sol. Our dog wanted to come back so we booked for a few days and brought the in-laws too and all had a thoroughly enjoyable time yet again. This house is perfect for a summer or winter stay, the split systems in the main living area and master made the whole place toasty. The lower level is a bit cooler but is also well protected by the elements. The house is really we equipped. We didn't bbq this time but we cooked every night and there was nothing that we needed that couldn't be found. I enjoyed sitting on that vast couch looking out at the ocean reading a book last time we came. I enjoyed it this time, and I will enjoy it the next time no doubt! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was good but 2 minor issues were that we weren't told of the number of the house in the street and we thought that the toaster is due for an upgrade. We would stay there again, next time with our dogs.

Total Relaxation - The Ocean is the soundtrack to the stay.
Booked this last minute and could not have picked a better place. The location is fabulous - if you are looking for a beach stay in a good spot for fishing, swimming and boards, you literally could not get any closer. The house itself is wonderful - clean and fresh and with everything you think you need and a few things you didn't know you needed! The owners really have thought of everything and you will find nice little touches throughout that you don't notice at first. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot (the rain shower in the master is amazing), there are 3 toilets, plenty of seating all over the property and locks to all the doors including patio to ensure security. The reading nook and large squishy couches facing the ocean are made for chilling out and reading a book or three. Communication with the host throughout was clear and prompt with no questions left unanswered. Really can't wait to book again for this property - it is a gem! A plea to other visitors with dogs - As you know, it is not often you find a dog friendly place where you can have your dog inside. Here you can. YAY. Not that I'd presume to tell anyone what to do, but so often we have seen places on Stayz change from inside to outside only for pets. Please take extra blankets and towels for your dog and hose them off in the garden after the beach. Let's help the owners keep this house an inside dog house for our little bundles of furry joy! Thank you for the wonderful stay - we will be back.
