The ultimate location for tourist attractions. We had a view of the Palace from our window! All the staff was great, but no one was more friendly than the door men. The rooftop bar surpassed my already high expectations in every way. Since we were guests, we got a table right away instead of waiting in line with other tourists. I paid the reasonable extra amount for a balcony and OMG it was amazing! I’ve stayed at other Riu hotels in other countries and this one is my favorite so far. Highly recommend it!

The hospitality was superb. The decor was lovely very stylish. I loved that we were in an area that was accessible to public transportation. I was able to jump on the bus and go to grand Villa and Plaza de España. There was a local market down the street where in case you want to buy water and fruit and yogurt and just necessities that you may want in your room I highly recommend the hotel when we go back to Madrid I will be staying there.
