"Basic room for a reasonable price. The beds were harder than most hotel beds, otherwise comfortable. For someone (like me) who is not familiar with Singapore, it might be helpful to know that this hotel is in the heart of Singapore's redlight district. I wouldn't have booked it had I known this. A lot of prostitution around the hotel. The staff were good and helpful. "

"This hotel was great for my two day stay at the end of my cruise. It was close to the airport, yet centrally located to all the tourist spots I wanted to hit in a short amount of time. I downloaded the Grab app and went everywhere I wanted to go fairly cheap. My room at the hotel was a city/water view room that did not disappoint. The buffet breakfast was really good, and the staff was friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this very modern hotel if you’re staying in Singapore!"

"I can only speak for the dorm rooms but the mattresses, if you can call them that, are atrociously thin and you basically feel like you're sleeping on wood. I've stayed in many hostels and this is by far the worst sleep I've had in a hostel. Also, the plug outlet for my room wasn't working, and though the front desk was informed multiple times and they said they'd send someone up to fix it, they never did. They offered to have me change beds but moving all of my stuff was more of an inconvenience than what it.was worth. If the staff say they're going to do something than do it. "
