This was a very nice and clean hotel. We had a room with 3 singles and it was very roomy and comfortable. We only stayed 1 night as we were just passing through but would stay here again.

The front desk staff was awesome but Salvatore the bartender was surly
No airport shuttle at a business hotel near the airport is a negative
My room was on the 11th floor and the AC sucked. Windows wouldn’t open so I had to sweat it out

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

The location was excellent, as it was close to the bus and train stations, so you didn't need to depend on water taxies or water buses. The main drawback was two high levels of steps -- difficult with suitcases. The staff was friendly.
