This rustic, beautifully renovated old farmhouse has lots of charm and character. It is in the Gers, an area with undulating fields, monumental villages, churches, and castles.
The interior matches the rural yet luxurious atmosphere, and the enclosed private pool, with its garden and pillars surrounding it, creates a unique atmosphere you will surely enjoy!
It is ideal for a family or group of friends who can appreciate peace
The house is very quietly located a short distance from Le Houga, which has several restaurants, cafés, and a bakery for daily croissants!
You arrive at the house via a short driveway with enough space to park several cars.
The house has five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, several sitting areas, and a generous terrace with garden furniture. There are also plenty of sun loungers around the pool.
Enjoy a glass of fine wine and local local produce!

Belle maison mais manque de fonctionnalité

Accueil autonome mais cela mériterait plus d'informations pratiques sur le fonctionnement de la maison.La cuisine mériterait d'être mieux équipée avec du matériel plus récent, les poêles notamment devraient être remplacées. On a eu des problèmes d'électricité, pas simple de conprendre certains fonctionnements et un des frigidaires ne refroidit pas correctement.La maison est vraiment magnifique, belle décoration, piscine très agréable, chambres spacieuses et excellente literie. Beau jardin, tout au calme. Nous pensons vraiment que si les équipements cuisine étaient renouvelés et l'accueil était personnalisé, le séjour aurait mérité 5 étoiles.
