    Villa Quercina is located on the Tuscan hills, near Pergine Valdarno and Arezzo, enjoying an extraordinary view of the surrounding woods and vineyards.

    Surrounded by a large garden with lawn, the villa has a gazebo equipped with a dining table for 16 people and barbecue, ideal for alfresco meals.

    Among the outdoor spaces you will also find a private fenced pool (12 x 6 metres, depth 1.40 metres), open from 1st June to 30th September. The pool is equipped with parasol and sun loungers.

    Moreover at guests' disposal a private parking.

    Internal Description

    Villa Quercina consists of the main building and a dependance, and can sleep up to a maximum of 16 people (including any infants), has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.

    Main building (240 m2): The main building is divided into 2 apartments (not internally connected), each with its own private entrance.

    The 1st apartment consists of: a living area with tv, sofa, fireplace, dining table for 12 people and kitchenette, two bathrooms with shower, and 4 double bedrooms.

    The 2nd apartment is made up of: a living room with kitchen and dining area with a table for 12 people, a double bedroom, a walk-through bedroom with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with shower.

    Dependance (60 m2): The dependance is located a few meters from the main building, and is spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with double sofa bed, dining table for 4 people and kitchenette. Following is a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

    The upper floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, houses a twin bedroom and an ensuite bathroom with shower.

    Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance.



    Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); heating during winter months (5.00€/m3); extra single bed (for a maximum of 1 - price 100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



    Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.

La maison est grande et à une vue magnifique La piscine est très agréable Les lits sont correctes et grands La connection internet est okLa maison est globalement en bon état. Il n’y a aucun voisin et aucun bruit Les quelques points à savoir : 1/ Quand nous sommes arrivés les locataires d’avant avaient manifestement fait n’importe quoi. Nous avons donc ramassé des morceaux de verre et des mégots de cigarette pendant toutes les vacances pour éviter que nos enfants se fassent mal … la personne qui gérait la maison n’y était évidemment pour rien mais ce fut un sujet pour nous. 2/Les cuisines sont très peu équipées et il manque du matériel (plat, économe, couverts/ peu ou pas d’équipements enfants (lit bébé, chaise haute …)3/ l’eau n’est manifestement pas potable. Nous ne le savions pas et nous sommes arrivés un 15 Août à 16 personnes avec seulement 3 litres d’eau … il faut donc prévoir de l’eau en bouteille en grande quantité. 4/ lorsque l’électricité est beaucoup utilisée nous avons observé des baisses de fréquences. Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la Clim en même temps que le four 5/ La montée pour arriver dans la maison est très pentue. C est un chemin de terre et cailloux. Pour ceux qui ont des SUV /4 roues motrices ça passe sans aucun problème par contre une voiture basse à traction avant aura beaucoup plus de mal à passer. Il faudra à mon sens se garer en bas de la pente et finir à pied. Nous avons cependant passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa
