"Shannon, the host. was very communicative at every step of the reservation from beginning to end. The home was very accomadating, relaxing and quiet No issues. Would book again. Great for long term or weekend stay.Thank you Felix"

"Our Ac was not working they came to repair left roof tile off with plumbing all out also our room was never cleaned we had to just catch the housekeeper and take them our trash we would give them our dirty towels I was charged for them but they all remained in room our last night they also double charged me for parking when I arrived a day later than I was supposed to the front desk said there was 2 charges for the same day but they’re different companies it was not it this time"

"at least i had a roof, a bed, a br, and a pool table. reached out for check in instructions day of and host 1 calls me 40 mins before i get there (driving 7hrs from FL) to tell me that the house had not been cleaned and they had trouble finding a cleaner because they’re all canceling. ok.. i try to be understanding as they offered a refund for half my stay and told me it would only take 30 mins. i wait an hour. i go to the place and still not cleaned and i received no notice that it would take longer. hair everywhere. trash bin outside overflowing. stuff in laundry. piercings strewn about. dirty shoe marks, some roaches, low battery smoke detector(had to reset it everyday), ac BROKEN; the house was 80 degrees for day one of stay. find out it’s cuz the ac unit was frozen over and the filter was super old (pictured). WE had to replace the filter (new filter was at residence but as a guest i shouldnt have to do this) NO trash bags. lack of paper products. so i called again and this time host #2 picks up and tells me still no cleaners but will honor the 50% refund and locates cleaning products since obviously my guests and i have to clean the place (also something i shouldn’t have to do especially after a 7 hr drive). also tells me that he will doordash trash bags to us. these bags never came. i try to message the hosts and im ghosted. contact him and vrbo and he has the nerve to tell me AC is fine, and he’s never had problems there. hosts lack accountability vrbo barely helped"
