I was so disappointed that this hotel mis-advertised, the gym was not available as it is being used as a storage room.
Breakfast was completely disappointing.
I had booked a deluxe room and it was much bigger looking in the pictures than the actual size, my friends had standard rooms the same size, I am annoyed that I paid extra for the deluxe. The shower was very cramped and kept hitting my head on the handheld shower every time I turned.
As my room was top floor, could constantly hear planes flying over.

"A very comfortable stay - the breakfast was plentiful, I loved the Clarins toiletries and having a dressing gown and slippers in the room. The interior of the room was very modern with smart controls for lighting, curtains, and air con. Meanwhile, the interior in the lobby was very opulent and traditional. ..."
