"Friendly staff, large room, clean room. Staff was helpful. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold but I felt comfortable. My roommate was warm. To be fair, we were there during the heatwave. I liked the location too. Not far from sites but quiet neighborhood."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station and about a 30-minute walk from the main attractions. Overall, Hotel Berna was excellent in terms of location, service, and convenience. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it."
