Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.

We had a great stay for 5 nights in a twin room. Staff service, location and surrounds were amazing. Good food options (Land & Monkeys have great food and coffee!) close by and metro, which we only used once, was handy. It was a little noisy in the lane sometimes with wheelie bins early in the morning but that didn’t detract from our stay. Shower was a bit small/awkward however water pressure was excellent!

"Our shower had mouldy calking. When we were checking in the woman helping us ran off and didn’t return. Eventually we moved to another person. The shuttle was prompt but you must book your shuttle trip. The breakfast was good!"

"This hotel is being renovated. We were in a newly renovated room which was very nice. Staff at reception were good however they were having some issues with the key card machine which resulted in having to go back to reception because we could not get into our room. The food was fine in the restaurant ..."
