Rooms are dated. Car park requires that you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. Staff except for the bar very dismissive. We ordered a take away mean from the bar to take back to our room as there is no room service. The restaurant didn't tell the bar it was ready for 30 minutes, subsequently ...

The Saddle and Stable Rooms
Pet friendly, clean room, excellent shower, comfortable large bed. Walk across the path to a friendly, cosy pub. Property is a little tired in decor especially the net curtain & curtain rail Lighting not great in the bathroom but all great for a night’s stay

Buzzard’s Rest - A comfortable, quiet, welcoming property with ample parking.
