Avant le jour de mon arrivée, je n'ai pas reçu le code d'accès au logement. Après deux tentatives d'appel au propriétaire, j'ai dû contacter Abritel qui a pu joindre la propriétaire.Odeur de moisie dans l'habitation due à l'humidité.Au niveau de la literie, il manquait une taie d'oreiller.En ce qui concerne la télévision : format très petit et mauvaise réception des chaînes.L'électroménager et vaisselle en partie vétuste ou manquante.Seul point positif est l'emplacement du logement, proche de la mer et des commerces (pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture).

Nous avons trouve le studio propre. Pas de grille pain et pas réussi a allumer la TV, matelas a prévoir .Par contre l emplacement est bien situe ,pour quelques jours c est correct .frais de linges a 25 euros!

Petit studio donnant directement sur une impasse au calme. Bon emplacement un peu en hauteur, pas loin des commerces près de la plage.

Je n ai eu aucun contact avec la propriétaire jusqu'à ce que je prenne contact avec Abritel qui m a donné le numéro de téléphone et l adresse de la location. Le matelas est difforme et inconfortable, cafetière fuit. Pas moyen de laver le sol car aucun matériel pour le faire comme un balais seau et serpillière. Moisissures dans le bac de douche. Je déconseille cette location

Studio certes bien placé, mais sombre, humide, et donnant directement sur la rue. Propriétaire injoignable à l'accueil comme au départ et brillant donc par son absence. La salle de bain est une patinoire, les plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnent pas, heureusement qu'il y avait le micro-ondes ! Le prix, une fois pay la commission du site, ne justifie pas la médiocrité d'un tel hébergement ...

Mon expérience en court séjour à Perros Guirec

Bien que le petit pied à terre était bien placé, dans une impasse qui assurait un endroit calme , les plages et autres commerces n’offrent guère le partage avec nos animaux de compagnie, pas une plage libre pour profiter des loisirs avec notre chien , pas d’espaces verts pour leurs besoins naturels, pas une terrasse de café ouverte, tout y est cloîtré, cloisonné de planches ou de clôtures , à chacun sa place, façon Côte d’Azur, prévoir des km tous les matins en sortie de ville vers les ports , pour espérer faire faire une balade et que mon chien puisse faire ses besoins que nous avons ramassé, bien évidemment, dommage je n’y retournerai plus

Cet appartement est en réalité un garage aménagé. Il est vieux vétuste il y a des odeurs il est sale; le bac à douche est moisi c’est une horreur. La vmc Fait un bruit épouvantable, il faut des bouchons d’oreille pour dormir. Il faut déplier une petite table avec ses deux petites chaises pour pouvoir manger entre le lit et l.évier. Je pourrais continuer encore longtemps, mais je ne préfère pas. Je doute d’ailleurs que mon commentaire apparaisse sur Internet. Je viens de faire une réclamation à Abritel

Propriétaire difficile à joindre pour remise des clés

24h avant mon départ je n'avais pas les informations concernant la remise des clés malgré plusieurs mails et appels adressés à la propriétaire, injoignable. J'ai téléphoné à Abritel qui n'est pas parvenu non plus à la contacter. C'est seulement la veille du départ, alors que je commençais à chercher une autre location, que la propriétaire m'a appelé. Elle avait eu une panne d'internet et de téléphone, n'avait pas jugé nécessaire de contacter Abritel pour au moins indiquer comment les clés de la location seraient remises. Rien n'avait pourtant été indiqué à ce sujet auparavant. Beaucoup de stress pour rien, d'où la note, même si l'appartement en lui-même est bien situé, pas très bien agencé, mais correct. Si, juste avant votre départ, vous avez envie de ne pas savoir si vous aurez bien les clés en arrivant, c'est la bonne location
