  • Set on a deep-water canal with direct Gulf access, this newly renovated home is made for easy days on the water and relaxed evenings together. Bright, well-decorated living spaces include a comfortable lounge with a 75-inch Smart HDTV, Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning and heating, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar.

    The primary King suite, queen room, large bunk room, modern bathrooms, and family-friendly amenities comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. An in-home washer and dryer, Pack ’n Play/travel crib, folding high chair, children’s dinnerware, outlet covers, baby safety gates, and board games add convenience for families and longer stays.

    Outdoor living includes:
    • Private 40-ft dock with boat slip, fish-cleaning station, ice machine, and freezer
    • Canal-side private hot tub, available year-round
    • Kayak for time on the water
    • Dockside deck and middle entertainment deck with a distinctive boat bar and lounge seating
    • Top-level wraparound deck with elevated coastal views and a screened-in porch
    • Fire pit, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen with sink, private gas grill, griddle, and outdoor shower

    Pets are welcome, and the gated decks offer added peace of mind for children and pets.

    You will have private, exclusive access to the entire home and its advertised amenities, including the private 40-ft dock, boat slip, hot tub, kayak, fire pit, all decks, and all indoor living spaces. The home has a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock.

    The following areas are locked and reserved for owner supplies:
    • One owner’s storage closet in the main bathroom
    • Owner cleaning-supply rooms on the mid-deck and lower level

    The home is elevated two stories on pilings. Reaching the main living areas requires climbing stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
