Resort stay was decent. Staff was very welcoming and supported all queries with our stay and addressed whenever there was a concern with the room we were staying w.r.t heater. Free car parking. Restaurants food was good. Allowed us to check-in early as 10am(vs 4pm) Cons: NO complimentary breakfast for guests, No Room service but shared the sheets and towels on request ;no setting the bed daily with new sheets. Missed to give wakeup call on checkout day for our flight early in the morning. Constant issues with the heater in the room and occasional issues with the unit keys which were resolved once on reporting
