Room was not properly cleaned with sink strainer pulled out and set aside still filled with hair and other debris. The phone didn't work and bathtowels on shelf were wet. Staff and breakfast were fine.

The room was over all pretty clean although the floor was not cleaned very well and we could see soiled marks in places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and easy to find. Will stay there again.

My room was very clean in the staff was very helpful and very friendly. And the breakfast was also very nice. Dining room was very clean. The hot food was hot and the cold food was cold. It was great.

They have a roach problem and guests who smoke in the rooms. Could smell it from mine. Air-conditioner filter and face plate filthy. Wont stay there again.

Please do not stay at this hotel. It is absolutely horrible. The staff is rude and unhelpful, but the worst part is the condition of the rooms. The beds are extremely old and worn out — the mattress was broken, with a deep hole in the middle, making it impossible to sleep properly. And it gets even worse… there were bed bugs. Since it was already very late and we had nowhere else to go, we were forced to sleep fully dressed to avoid getting bitten. Even so, we still got bitten. The bathroom was falling apart, with a strong smell of humidity and dirt. To top it all off, there was animal/insect feces on the nightstand. Disgusting. This place is filthy, unhealthy, and completely unacceptable. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

This hotel is lucky I’m not a building inspector in Florida as I am in Missouri. The two rooms we had 211 and 212 were pretty bad. 211 smelled like cigarette smoke, 212 smelled like mold. The floor in between the two rooms had no floor transition and 2 loose wires running across the room connection. There was a mystery fluid on the floor of 212. One of the beds in 211 had ripped sheets. The AC in 212 had potential mold spots in the AC unit. The toilet in 211 was crooked and the seat was falling off. The light and fan in that bathroom did not work either. I wish there was a way to post photos with this review but I have them for the hotel if they respond to this review.

This budget-friendly motel was a bit of a mixed bag for my wife and me. The room was neat and tidy, but it had some dirt, hair, and food particles scattered around. The TV worked fine and the bed was slightly comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well until it overloaded the circuit and shut off in the middle of the night. The noise from Route 98 was constant, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. In the morning, we tried to get some of the continental breakfast, but it was mostly gone and there wasn’t anyone restocking it. We grabbed a cup of coffee instead, but it tasted more like tea than coffee. The “robust” flavor selection was a mistake.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I'm pretty sure this room #173 had been previously flooded as most of the floor tile was warped and coming loose as was the moldings around the walls, heater and dehumidifier were EXTREMELY loud, pool was closed for no apparent reason, breakfast was garbage! may well have a mold infestation in that room, I will be contacting the health department to have them look into that!
