"What an amazing place to stay. The room with sitting area and fireplace was so cozy and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large with the fluffiest towels. Coffee/tea and fruit always available in the kitchen area. A wonderful inn that is centrally located in Geneseo yet so quiet."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower, quiet night, & solid breakfast. What else do you want from a hotel stay?"

"I was not told until I checked in and paid that there was no elevator and I had to lug my stuff up 2 fights of stairs. I am physically able but at times travel with older folks who would not be able to do that. I got there late and the vending machine on 2nd floor did not work to get drinks. I told the desk next day. Breakfast was fresh and food area very clean. Maybe a few food items for those who arrive late to buy would be good. "

"Our group of 8 adults and 1 four year old loved our time in the finger lakes. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and only 12 minutes to nearby shopping centers to get what we needed. Whitney was easy to communicate with. "

"Cottage was good for the money. We are seniors who like a warm house, and the cold windy weather was hard to keep warm. Other than that it was very nice. "

"There isnt a hot tub, there is a jetted tub in the bathroom. Also there are squirrels or something running in the attic. But other than that, its very spacious, comfy beds and couches, and a great view but its across the street from the lake so I am not sure if that counts as lakefront. "

"My Collegiate Christian Men’s Volleyball team was scrambling to find a place in the area large enough to host all of us. After getting in contact with Whitney, it quickly became clear that her homes were exactly what we were looking for. The area is beautiful. We arrived just as the ice on the lake was beginning to melt, and by the end of the trip we were able to see the lake in its full beauty. The house had an ample amount of kitchenware and plenty of space for our group of 15+, which made it easy for us to gather together for fellowship while still giving everyone room for some much-needed downtime. We were also able to travel to Niagara Falls, and the location made commuting to both Buffalo and Rochester very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic spot with a wonderful host. Highly recommend!"
