"Retirement Guys trip to Bourbon trail, golf, and Church Hill Downs was unbelievable !! This house accommodated 10 grown men with ease. Outdoor space to hang out was amazing! Host was extremely helpful. We also booked shuttle bus through the host to take To and From Bourbon trail( Woodford Reserve, Buffalo trace, whiskey Thief, and Castle and key ) also shuttled us To and From Church Hill Downs for some night races. Driver Chad was Awsome great tips on bourbon trail, at the track, and about Golf!!! We will be back! Don’t look for another place if you’re planning a getaway with friends. 10 out of 10 place for sure you can’t beat it! Everything you need is here"

"Breakfast is great here. I love the variety of fruit offered such as slices of melon and orange. Hard boiled eggs are also on offer too. Nice. My wife and I indulged in the sausage, egg and breakfast potatoes. Just a great way t start the day."

"got two rooms. Checkin was fine. Room 1 was dirty including animal hair on bedspread AND on sheets all over. Bathroom floor was filthy. Room 2 - TV remote had to be reprogrammed, and then when TV was on, all lights in the room flickered, including bathroom lights. When TV was off, lights stopped flickering. Overall was a horrible experience except staff was nice. Left the hotel immediately, and still having trouble getting management to refund our room fees, even though we we only there for 30 minutes."

"This house was fantastic! It was spacious and decorated beautifully. I love that there were extra trash bags, lots of coffee, creamer, cooking supplies, just about everything you would need except for aluminum foil. We cooked on the grill and that was perfect as well. The quiet, remote area was peaceful and restful. TVs in every room and an extra gathering area upstairs allowed for private time so that you don't miss your favorite TV show or need a bit of time to work separately from other guests. We were hosting a work retreat and it just happened to fall on Derby weekend. The property was priced higher for that reason. I recommend this property and would definitely return in the future."
