This apartment is located above one of the most popular destination restaurant's around Mary Jane Burgers & Brew, Event Venue The Vintage Room & Jackson Street BrewCo on the Downtown Historic Square.
DISCLAIMER!! you will hear restaurant chatter & music if you do not have a tv and or radio playing between the hours of 10:30am & 1:30am. If you go to bed early I recommend headphones or ear plugs.

Historic building with brand new rehab. Conveniently located above downtown restaurants

Downtown Perryville is always bustling with community events the first Saturday of every month April through October like Cruise In, Home Brew Block Party, Rocktoberfest, Bikers on the Square & more! Lots of restaurants, bars & shopping all in walking distance

It's easy to get around by foot, car or bike! Minimal traffic & easy parking.
