Welcome to Rosenhult and the Jesper house. This is 1 of 3 log houses built on the south side of the " Lower Great Lake" in woods of Gustavsborg, Perstorp. Located in the south part of Sweden just over 1 hours drive from bridge from Denmark or ferry's from Germany. New built 2021 this log house is an fantastic exclusive living, private location, amazing views of lake, forest and fields. Plenty of activities in the area around. This place is made for the adventurous or for a relaxing getaway. Enjoy the included cold-mangled bedsheets and freshly washed towels. Wifi. Enjoy fireplace inside, spacious living room inside the house or relax at the great terrace and take a bath in the luxurious outdoor SPA. Perfect for trekking, biking, riding, fishing and golf
Fantastic forests and lakes in the surroundings that just waits to be explored by foot, bike, horse or boat. Walking distance to 18 hole golf course, possibility to arrange trophy fishing for pike in lake system, you can also bring your own horse to a nearby stable. Lakes have rich fish and bird life. Its not unusual to see elk and different kinds of deer in the area.

Built with real timber logs, and at 125 m2 this house is a dream living. Interior is open up to roof to over 5 meters height.

A log house wall absorbs and gives humidity to the room. Ideal humidity inside is 30-50%. Log houses of massive timber breathe and is of nature always inside this interval. The air is pleasant to breathe and a dream asthma and allergic individuals. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and hot tub overlooking the lake. House have underfloor heating and fireplace for cozy moments. The upper floor is perfect for the kids, they can have their own space for playing and sleeping. There boats, canoes and a kayak in the lake for guests.

Underbart ställe

Detta hus är ett underbart ställe att tillbringa semestern på. Klart att bubbelpoolen är ett highlight, men det finns mer: - Den underbar stora altanen med möbler som räcker till alla - Huset i sig, som är vackert, rimligt och rent - Utrustning av huset som täcker alla rimliga behov - Läget direkt vid sjön, lite avskild från de flesta (förutom övriga två stugorna) men ändå i rimlig avstånd till stan - Tillgång till båtarna - Väldigt trevlig värd Summeringen är att huset är klart att rekommendera för semester!

Super Urlaub in dem Traumhaus

Great place for family to reconnect

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids) to rest, relax, and enjoy the lake and area. The town is only about 6 minutes away but you are really away from everything. There are nice trails to walk, boats to paddle around the lake, and the jacuzzi to relax in after outings. New kitchen and baths, good WiFi, and interesting architecture. Highly recommended.

Perfecte locatie voor een rustige vakantie

Prachtig huisje voorzien van alle gemakken. Lekker ruim en luxe ingericht. Alles was ontzettend schoon. Het gebied is best afgelegen maar dat is perfect als je rust wilt. Perstorp is op 7min rijden en daar vind je alle nodige dingen: restaurants, supermarkten, bezine pomp, etc. De bubbelbad was ook heel fijn en schoon en de meer achter het huis maakt het landschap compleet. Super locatie waar we nog heel vaak naar toe zullen gaan!

Schönes Haus

Wir waren 1 Woche mit der gesamten Familie in dem schönen Haus. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Der Vermieter stellte uns sogar Grillkohle und Kaminholz zur Verfügung. Wir hatten genug Platz für alle. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter. Sind viel spazieren gegangen,waren oft am See. Es stehen noch 2 weitere Häuser daneben,so das man mit mehreren Familien verreisen kann. Ich kann jedem das Haus weiter empfehlen.
