"These guys are rockstars. Benjamin got me checked right in and let me have a pick of rooms. Loved I got a microwave, the only thing I cared about. The shuttle staff is always my favorite, I always know when they will be at the airport. The room was comfortable and safe, never had a single problem. Further, I left something behind and it is already almost back to my house, so they even helped after the stay. Every trip to NYC has a stop at this wonderful hotel.
