There was a strange smell each time we returned to the room, where the taps and shower hadn’t been in use, but overall a good stay. "Loved the hotel. It was conveniently located and the food, pool and shopping were perfect. A ferry stop is right next to the hotel. It's not easy to get a taxi or get around from the hotel aside from walking, so a rental car or scooter would be recommended. But otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much."

"This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "
