Lovely

Cute hotel in a beautiful location. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main historic town area, this hotel was nice to come back to and unwind after exploring all day. The access to the pier was a lovely addition and all staff were friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Hotel Serenella was so memorable! We were traveling with our baby for the first time and the staff were super accommodating, we felt like family during our stay. The location is excellent, you can walk to all the main attractions… but honestly the hotel itself has so much to offer, we enjoyed having a drink on their beautiful terrace and spending time at their lakefront. What a treat!! We will definitely be back.

Hotel was wonderful and had a great authentic, Italian feel. The pool and jetty were a perfect addition to enjoy after a day site seeing. Breakfast was lovely, you got to pick the day before and it was brought out to us in the courtyard. The staff were so attentive and made us feel so welcome.

Enjoyed staying at Hotel Serenella very much. Little bit difficult to get to as it is located in a pedestrian area of Sirmione, but worth the effort. The pool was great, and liked having both breakfast and drinks in the garden. Walked to restaurants and the ferry. Sara was amazing. She helped us with transportation to Verona during the rail strike which relieved our stress and allowed us to enjoy our time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Serenella. It is a delightful mix of traditional and eclectic with plenty of comfortable places to sit. We found the beds to be firm but fine for us and we appreciated the balcony with seating and view of the street. We didn't mind ordering breakfast the evening before and we liked being able to select a later time. My husband would have preferred the option if toast but we were happy enough with the choices on offer. It's an easy walk into the centre of Sirmione and it is mostly flat. We would definitely stay at Hotel Serenella again if we were visiting the area.

Wonderful location and lovely hotel

The hotel was really cute, inside the old city and within minutes walk to the thermal baths. The staff were extremely friendly and very happy to accommodate. Loved our stay. Would not recommend bringing a car, because driving in the resticted zone is pretty nerve racking.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Serenella, it is in a lovely quiet location but a short walk away from restaurants, shops etc.The staff are amazing and so helpful, our rooms were lovely and clean as was the pool area. The breakfast was amazing! and set us up nicely for each day. I could go on and on!, I picked the best place to stay and would happily go there again we had a wonderful time. Great family run hotel. Excellent location a few mins walk into Sirmione. Really good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard. The sunbeds on the jetty with direct access to the lake really makes the hotel standout against other options. Would definitely stay again if back to Sirmione.
