Our stay was so nice and relaxing! The property is stunning and the various pools and saunas are wonderful to have included. We also took advantage of a treatment at the spa which was also great. The staff are so attentive and personable. The location is perfect as it’s just down from the hustle and bustle but super close to walk to everything. We would highly recommend!

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. Perfect ealking distance from the old town, lake views, varied and deliciuos options for breakfast and staff who are very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely pay more for the rooms directly overlooking the lake. I'd say 106, 206 and 306 are the best. It's very easy to catch the ferry to everywhere across the lake. Fares start from 3 euros and a glass of very nice local wine, Lugana, is 4 euros which makes for a lovely boat ride.

Fabulous hotel. Small but perfectly formed. Lovely staff who would bend over backwards to help. Arrived at local train station in a dreadful downpour with no taxis for the last 1/2 hour. Phoned hotel and they sorted out transport in minutes for us. The thermal pool was divine and the massage at the spa was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was a wonderful finish to our busy one-month trip of Italy. Lake Garda laps the shoreline of the hotel and the short walk to the old town of Sirmione was 10 mins. Terrific stay. Sad to leave.

Short walk into the town with plenty of dining options. Spa and thermal pool were amazing, with excellent facilities such as multiple different saunas. Rooms were clean but basic, nothing overly luxurious, yet pleasant. The onsite restaurant is lacking options, but sufficient for pool side snacks and drinks. Most staff good and attentive but some rather rude, especially one female member of staff, which lets the hotel down. Overall a pleasant stay though.

Excellent service from everybody and especially everybody on the reception desk. Very clean and well maintained property. Great location. Parking underground was great. The spa and thermal pool were excellent - if anything I would say if possible extend the hours that the spa can be used especially during the weekday.

We stayed in the Junior Suite (Lake view). The room had no fault, had a modern touch and it was very clean and comfortable. Dual sinks and separate bathroom + shower elevated the quality of the stay. We enjoyed every single staffs’ hospitality, very friendly and professional. The scenery you have in jacuzzi/pool is hard to beat, especially accessing to the thermal pool is effortless. Special thanks to Francesca (and other Front desk staffs) and Gerardo (and other F&B staffs). We really appreciate all your kind help with organising spa treatments, airport transfer and private boat tour - they were also fantastic! I would definitely book them next time again!! The accomodation was nice, the service great. The accesss to the lake with the private zone was also good. Our room was in total ok but it was too small. There was not enough space for storing the luggage. The Toillette run several times out of water and it took a lot of time to refill the water.

The front office staff were very friendly and welcoming, the hotel is just on the edge of the old town and castle which is ideal with Pugh the hassle for vehicles inside the old town and island of Sirmione and so it’s very walkable too. We loved the closeness to the island bars, shops and restaurants too. Our room felt modern and had a fabulous view over the small beach and the lake.

Had an amazing stay here. The staff was excellent, the pools/spa were lovely and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would definitely stay again if I’m ever in the area. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Very clean and nicely run hotel! Staff was very attentive and helpful. Enjoyed the outside beach area and thermal pool on our first day, second day the weather was cool and windy day so the thermal pool was not warm enough. However we chose to spend that day touring Sirmione. It’s very walkable from the hotel.

Great stay

We loved Hotel Ocelle! The staff were lovely and it was a great price compared with other hotels in the area - you get a lot for the money. Food at the hotel also truly outstanding - which was helpful in Sirmione which is a bit lacking on that front.

We had an amazing stay at Ocelle, the staff were all really helpful and booked us wine tasting, transfers and tables for dinner at a local restaurant. The facilities are great and the view from our room was amazing! Really close to the old town.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Ocelle, the staff were so helpful and friendly. They even arranged a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake for my sister’s birthday which was a nice touch 🙂 Conveniently located and only a short walk to the old town, it was a great place to stay. The spa facilities were good too.
