    South-facing pool with a lawn area of approximately 300 m². Terrace area with a table and chairs that can seat up to 8 people. You can also enjoy the gas-fired outdoor heater. In the 15-square-meter annex, there is a sofa bed, a bathroom with a sink, and air conditioning.
    In the main house, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed. The second bedroom has a sofa bed, and there’s also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
    Automatic gate, large parking area for 6 cars, 2 TVs, kitchen, shower, electric shutters, and air conditioning.
    You can also enjoy bike rides or hikes along the trails near the house.
