Its proximity to the city of Perugia and the airport makes it easily accessible, yet from the hustle and bustle—ideal for those seeking peace, rest, and an authentic nature experience.

    Guests have access to rooms with independent entrances, as well as shared kitchen and living areas.

    The property also offers a children’s play area (2 swings and a playhouse), a private non-swimmable lake where fishing is allowed (with license), and 2 barbecue areas.
