  • The holiday home 'Palazzetto Bovini' is located in Perugia and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Spread over 4 floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 10 bedrooms (on the first and second floors), and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 20 guests. Three bathrooms have a shower, while two have a bathtub. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, fan, heating, washing machine, books, and toys for children. For your entertainment, there is a ping pong table and a pool table. On request, 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available.



    The house offers a private outdoor area with a fenced pool (recently renovated, open from June to September 15), garden, barbecue, playground, and outdoor shower. The property is 10 km from the city center, 25 km from Assisi, and 30 km from Gubbio. Supermarkets, shops, and pharmacies are easily accessible by car.



    A parking space is available. Up to 2 pets are allowed, subject to availability and for an extra charge. Please avoid excessive noise between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm and after 10:00 pm. Children must always be supervised in the pool area. Air conditioning is not available. Beach/pool towels are provided. Bath linen is guaranteed for stays of 3 nights or more. The property provides instructions for proper waste separation; further information is available on site.



    This year, additional services are available for an extra charge: private chef and/or pizza maker, wine cellar tours with tastings, local food and drink delivery, grocery delivery, beekeeping visits with honey tasting, horseback riding, hot air balloon rides, babysitting, airport shuttle service, and extra cleaning.

Das Haus und das Grundstück sind einfach wundervoll

Pros: Das Haus hat Geschichte, das spürt man durch die schöne Einrichtung und die ganze Atmosphäre. Der Garten, der Pool, das Wäldchen, alles ist hier so weitläufig und man ist dadurch so frei zu sehr vielen ein paar wunderbare Tage zu verbringen. Cons: Nichts
