The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful in organizing day trips out of Cuzco. The room was first-class, one of the coziest hotel stays that I can remember. Clean and comfortable. We were there in the middle of rainy season, and it was such a nice warm place to come back to. Large TV with great options. Internet and other amenities all worked great. The breakfast was large and tasty. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cuzco."
