"Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen in dieser Villa verbracht. Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel in Roncosambaccio ca. 3 km vom Strand/Pesaro/Fano entfernt, sehr ruhig. Dafür ist aber ein Auto dringend notwendig (die Straßen über die Hügel sind zum Teil leider in schlechtem Zustand) + event. ein (E-)Bike, mit dem herrliche Touren gemacht werden können. Sehr liebliche Landschaft. Zum Haus gehört ein wunderbarer „Garten“, eher Park (1-2 ha), sehr gepflegt, auch für Kinder ideal. Die Villa selbst bietet...

"The house is relatively large and old, equipped with all the necessary amenities. There's also a stone oven, which we used to bake delicious pizza. The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries and address any problems we encountered. The location is acceptable, but those who plan to cook should consider purchasing groceries in advance. The cleanliness of the house could be improved, as we found personal belongings from previous guests left in one of the nightstands in a bedroom, and...
