"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"cant fault it,perfect location if looking for some peace-its at the far end of the beach strip,still walkable to the centre (some 20-30 mins to town) but away from the noise and crowds (that were quite overbearing during my stay during summer jamboree). staff was friendly and room was surprisingly large,with balcony and stunning sea-view.beach right across the road,pool.all good.the only thing that spoiled the impression was that a couple of times the bikes werent available to hire at 10pm...

"Came to Fano to visit a friend and decided to stay at this hotel. Very, very nice! Clean and comfortable. Good parking right next door. Had dinner at Pizzeria Florida around the corner. Would stay there again when we visit. The only issue is that the train does go by. Didn't bother me but my mother in law did hear it "

Two suggestions: 1- move breakfast hours half hour forward: start it half hour later and serve it until 10:00 am instead of 9:30 am 2- when giving out a room at check-in , if you assign to the guest a special needs room for guests with handicaps (but your guest had not asked for one), it would be good to inform that guest about it (at times...
