Nice clean room with complimentary bottle of water in the room fridge, nice breakfast with a good selection, my only issue was all the room doors and doors to stair were automatic closing and it left it that there was doors banging all the time!!

Would really recommend this hotel. We needed a stop over after a late flight and this was close to the airport. The service was efficient, the rooms were clean - lovely shower! Once I’d figured out how to work the tv (!) I was extremely happy. Breakfast was included and also excellent. Great value for money 👍

This property has the potential to be a 5 Star hotel/resort. The property and surrounding grounds are excellent. The rooms are modern and spacious. The problem, and it’s significant, is the food and beverage. We had the worst meal in Italy I’ve ever had in their “fine dining” restaurant w a family party of 18 which we set up in advance. It was awful, as was the service. We gave them another shot with just a party of three and it too was poor. The pool restaurant is much better so I advise you patronize the Osteria. They struggled w the basic cocktails- margaritas, martinis - and were very, very slow. This property needs management talent and a complete reset of its food and beverage strategy and service execution.

In general a good place to stay. Excellent pool and pool area to relax. Good location easy access to station and town and good parking provision. Initial room offer not so good but we were able to move to a much nicer room with no problem.Buffet breakfast good with many options. The only downside is no WiFi in the rooms but good WiFi in communal areas.

Wonderful hotel only 3 star but such friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms in the Jazz building. We loved the roof top pool and the free coach shuttle service up to piazza Partigiano bus stop to access the Umbria jazz stage. Wonderful stay at Gio wine & Jazz hotel. We're looking forward to our stay there again next year. 👌👍👍🇮🇹🇮🇹💙💙
