Zefiro Home welcomes its guests in a peaceful location between the sea and nature, where Monte San Bartolo shapes the horizon and sunsets over the Adriatic coast become part of the daily experience. The panoramic terrace is the heart of the apartment: an open, airy space perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the sea breeze under the changing colors of the sky.

THE SPACE

Located on the third floor of a building without an elevator, Zefiro Home is a 50 m² apartment ideal for a couple or a small family with one child. A baby cot for children aged 0–2 is available on request.

The terrace is the most distinctive feature of the house: spacious, furnished, and overlooking Monte San Bartolo and the city rooftops. It is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor living throughout the day, from sunny breakfasts to afternoon reading and sunset dinners.

The interiors are modern and bright, with light parquet floors and white walls that enhance natural light.

The open-plan living area combines kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and coffee machine. The round dining table is ideal for relaxed meals or informal work. The living room, with a light sofa and Smart TV, offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the countryside.

The double bedroom is bright and welcoming, decorated in soft tones and neutral fabrics that create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom is modern and functional, featuring a shower, white sanitary fittings, and well-organized spaces for a comfortable stay.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Katia and the Yohome team personally welcome guests and are always available for assistance and local recommendations. Experiences such as fresh pasta cooking classes, sailing trips, and winery tastings can be suggested.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee; guests are kindly asked to provide everything needed for their stay.

Smoking is not allowed.

Air conditioning is available on request with an extra charge.

Pesaro is a bike-friendly city: 2 free city bikes are available in the apartment for easy movement between the sea, the center, and scenic routes.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Zefiro Home is located between the sea and nature, about 1 km from Baia Flaminia and close to Monte San Bartolo Natural Park. The historic center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot or along the harbor area.

A quiet and well-served area, ideal for sea, nature, and relaxation.

GETTING AROUND

Pesaro is bike-friendly, with cycling paths along the seafront and toward the city center. Buses easily connect the area with the center and train station. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also available.

Pesaro train station is about 3 km away (10 minutes by taxi). Rimini Airport is 35–40 minutes away, Ancona Airport 45–50 minutes. Easy access via SS16 and A14 motorway (Pesaro-Urbino exit).
