Ottima posizione vista mare

Appartamento è pulito, recente, funzionale e ha tutto il necessario per la vacanza al mare che dista pochi minuti a piedi con una discesa che potrebbe essere problematica per chi ha problemi di mobilità. C’è comunque la possibilità di raggiungere la spiaggia in auto.

Location bellissima con un panorama mozzafiato!!

Siamo arrivati sabato 27/08/2016 e da subito ci siamo resi conto di essere arrivati in un posto bellissimo. Appartamento bello e pulito terrazzo con vista mare che si trova a 100 mt. Spiaggia molto bella di sabbia ideale anche per bambini. La proprietaria Antonella è stata gentilissima e accogliente come del resto lo è tutta la Puglia. Peschici si trova a neanche 10 minuti in auto ed è un paesino molto bello e caratteristico. Cibo ottimo. Consiglio a tutti questa location vedrete rimarrete stupiti dalla bellezza del posto. Genau das, was das Inserat bereits verspricht, wird dem Gast auch so geboten. Ehrliche Gastfreundschaft der Besitzerin Antonella. Zurückhaltend und dezent - und dennoch jederzeit ansprechbar, fröhlich und hilfsbereit - sorgt sie für das Wohl Ihrer Gäste. Die Appartements findet man bei der Anreise bestens gereinigt und zweckmäßig eingerichtet vor. Die sanitären Installationen funktionieren einwandfrei, die Klimaanlage kühlt auf Wunsch, die Betten herrlich bequem mit hochwertigen Matratzen ausgestattet, die Terrasse, großzügig bemessen und mit stilvollen Gartenmöbeln bestückt, bei Nacht beleuchtbar und - das ist Urlaub - mit Blick auf die herrliche Meeresbucht. Diese ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar und bietet selbst in der Hochsaison immer wieder ein freies Plätzchen auf einer der vielen Liegen oder am Ende der Bucht im warmen Sand. Überhaupt ist alles, was man im Urlaub dringend benötigt in direkter Nähe und fußläufig in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Ruhelosen können das "Selbe in grün" dann auch noch mit dem Auto aufsuchen - das steht ja fast direkt vor dem Appartement geparkt. Auf jeden Fall lohnt sich der 5 Minuten-Abstecher ins Städtchen Peschicci. Kann man nicht beschreiben, muß man erleben. Antonellas Bruder führt zusammen mit seiner Frau Tanja auf dem Familiengrundstück ein Restaurante/Pizzeria mit vorzüglicher Küche.Tanja spricht ausgezeichnet Deutsch. Das kann sehr hilfreich sein, wenn man selbst kein italienisch spricht. Diese Urlaubsregion wird nämlich seit jeher überwiegend von italienischen Urlaubern besucht. So sucht man meist vergeblich nach deutschen Übersetzungen auf Hinweisschildern oder Supermarktangeboten - auch das ist Urlaub - und wenn man häufiger zu Besuch kommen möchte, was bei diesem Urlaubsziel wohl keine Frage sein wird, dann lohnt es sich bestimmt, die Zeit zwischen den Aufenthalten mit einem Italienischkurs der Volkshochschule auszufüllen. Dann klappts auch mit dem Nachbarn:-)) Fazit: einmal und stets wieder!

Ottima location per famiglie con bambini (noi ne abbiamo 3). Belli e comodi il posto, la baia, la spiaggia e il mare. Alloggio nuovo, ben arredato, dotato di tutto ciò che serve, con una stupenda vista mare e immerso nel verde e gli ulivi. Gentilissima e disponibilissima la proprietaria Antonella. Bellissima location, vista mozzafiato

Siamo arrivati in questa bellissima location sabato 20/08/2016 e fin da subito abbiamo capito di essere arrivati nel posto giusto. Non e' facile trovare il giusto alloggio quando si va in ferie, specialmente quando si hanno tre bambini come noi. Ebbene qui al "casa vacanze gargano mare" abbiamo trovato tutto, ma proprio tutto a cominciare dalla simpatia della proprietaria Antonella, che fin dal primo giorno ci ha coccolato col pane fatto in casa, dolci fatti in casa, l olio di sua produzione, ma soprattutto dandoci i consigli giusti per chi come noi questa terra la vuole vivere fino in fondo. Gli appartamenti sono molto belli, ben disposti e godono della giusta privacy che tutti cerchiamo quando andiamo in vacanza. Vi posso garantire che le foto non rendono giustizia alla bellezza del posto. Dal vivo si resta veramente affascinati. La baia di san nicola si trova a pochi metri dal mare, ed i miei bambini si son trovati subito benissimo, sabbia fine, mare molto basso, per metri e metri, con acqua pulitissima. A pochi passi dall appartamento troviamo ristoranti e un paio di negozi di alimentari con prezzi piu' che buoni per la posizione privilegiata. A pochi minuti di macchina si arriva comodamente a Peschici, bellissima localita' del gargano che nulla ha da invidiare a vieste, anzi a mio avviso e' piu' bella. Sono rimasto veramente molto molto soddisfatto di queste vacanze. Grazie Antonella da Ivan, Francesca, Francesco, Chiara e Alessandro

Siamo stati proprio bene da Antonella. Il posto è veramente carino, tranquillo e pulito, la gestione è curata, attenta e discreta. È un ottimo posto per famiglie dove ci si può rilassare e godere il bel mare. Io lo consiglierei ad un amico.
